Dr Sharma is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience within Adult Mental Health Services in the NHS, UK. He has trained at Guys, King College and St Thomas’ rotation across South London & Maudsley and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trusts. He holds a CCT in General Adult Psychiatry with a subspecialty endorsement in Addiction Psychiatry. He is an Approved Clinician and Section 12(2) Approved under The Mental Health Act.

He has gained experience in different settings including inpatient units, community teams, liaison services, and psychiatric intensive care Units. He has expertise in assessing and treating a range of mental health conditions including schizophrenia, first episode psychosis, bipolar affective disorder, depression, PTSD, OCD, anxiety disorders, personality disorders and perinatal mental health disorders. He has a special interest in adult ADHD and has undertaken hundreds of assessments of patients with ADHD from ages of 18 to 65 years and formulated safe and holistic treatment plans.

Dr. Rami Khouri, MD, is a board-certified adult psychiatrist and serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Taliaz and Healthy Mind. He leads innovation in mental health treatment by integrating advanced diagnostic methods, personalized care, and digital tools into psychiatric services.

Dr. Khouri completed his medical studies with honors and specialized in adult psychiatry, successfully completing both phases of his residency. He has practiced in diverse clinical settings, including day treatment units and therapeutic communities, combining medical expertise with a deep commitment to holistic care.

He is a graduate of an advanced psychotherapy training program and an active member of several professional psychiatric associations, including the European Psychiatric Association (EPA). He has presented at international conferences and completed specialized training in telepsychiatry and remote care delivery.

Dr. Khouri is also engaged in clinical research focused on the neurobiology of psychiatric disorders, with particular interest in the relationship between brain imaging and mental health conditions. His areas of expertise include emergency psychiatry, diagnostic innovation, personalized medicine, and the application of technology in mental health care.

Dr. Dekel Taliaz, PhD, is the Chief Scientific Officer of Taliaz and Healthy Mind. With a doctorate in neuroscience from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Dr. Taliaz brings deep scientific expertise and a strong clinical research background to the development of precision mental health solutions. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in top medical journals, with over 740 academic citations, and previously served as a clinical consultant for Brainsway (TASE: BRIN), a global leader in neuromodulation technologies. At Taliaz and Healthy Mind, Dr. Taliaz leads the scientific vision and clinical validation of innovative, AI-powered psychiatric tools that support data-driven, personalized care.

Rebecca Wilson is a Clinical Advisor registered with the GPHC, she has extensive NHS experience, specialising in clinical governance, safety, and strategic innovation. With over 20 years in healthcare and a strong background in digital health, she supports organisations design safe, effective services that meet clinical standards and NHS expectations. Registered with the GPHC.

Since 2023, Rebecca has been supporting Taliaz/Healthy Mind, advising on clinical safety, service strategy, and innovation roadmaps. Her focus includes the development of patient-centred pathways, particularly in ADHD and mental health, ensuring alignment with NHS models and outcomes.

Her expertise spans national safety frameworks (DCB 0129/0160), digital product assurance, and the integration of clinical best practice into scalable, tech-enabled care and service delivery. She brings a strategic lens to clinical operations, helping teams navigate complexity and deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for patients.

Suzanne Ash is a specialist supporting Taliaz/Healthy Mind with UK healthcare compliance, advising on CQC registration, readiness, and on-going governance. With over 25 years of healthcare experience across NHS, private, and digital sectors, she brings deep regulatory expertise to ensure clinical and operational compliance.

A former CQC Registered Manager, Suzanne has led successful inspections, designed quality management systems, and embedded CQC’s Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) into digital service delivery. Her work includes implementing robust governance frameworks aligned with ISO27001, DSPT, DTAC, and medical device standards, helping health tech organisations like Taliaz/Healthy Mind deliver safe, high-quality care at scale.
